Senior Paid Media Manager – Joya Digital (Cairo, Egypt)
Joya Digital is a fast-growing digital marketing agency serving 20+ clients across North America and Europe. As we prepare to launch our new office in Cairo, we’re searching for an A+ Senior Paid Media Manager to take full ownership of client accounts. This is a full-time, remote-start role for someone ready to build, manage, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns with zero tolerance for mediocrity, missed deadlines, or delays.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 12 AM Cairo time (aligned with client availability). If you’re committed to your career and serious about personal growth, we’re ready to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
•Build, Manage, Optimize, and Scale Paid Media Campaigns: Take full ownership of campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Drive strategies from setup to ongoing optimization and scaling for maximum performance.
•Client-Facing Leadership: Lead client meetings with confidence, communicating fluently in English. Be the expert guiding clients through performance insights and next steps.
•Data-Driven Campaign Management: Evaluate campaign performance metrics, extract insights, and adjust strategies to deliver real business growth.
•Account Audits & Strategic Recommendations: Conduct detailed audits of prospective clients’ ad accounts and provide data-backed improvement recommendations.
•Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead by conducting competitor research and implementing creative strategies that set our clients apart.
•Reporting Excellence: Produce clear, insightful weekly and monthly performance reports that keep clients engaged and eager to continue working with us.
•Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborate with a team of high achievers while leading your own projects with autonomy and accountability.
Who You Are:
•Paid Media Expert: You have 7+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale ad campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms.
•Fluent in English: You can lead professional client calls with clarity and confidence, writing and speaking in English with native-like proficiency.
•Data-Driven & Analytical: Campaign metrics are second nature to you, and you know how to turn numbers into actionable strategies.
•Accountable & Deadline-Focused: You meet every deadline without exception. If you say you’ll deliver, you do — no excuses.
