Joya Digital is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in Paid Media Management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and SEO. We partner with businesses across industries like tech, e-commerce, healthcare, and mobile apps to drive growth and maximize ROI.

We’re expanding our Business Development Team and searching for an A+ Senior Business Development Representative who can own the sales process from cold outreach to closing deals. This role is only for top performers — we have zero room for mediocrity.

What You’ll Be Doing:

•Proactive Prospecting: Make at least 150 outbound sales calls per day, pitching Paid Media and SEO services to key decision-makers.

•Targeted Outreach: Send at least 50 personalized emails per day, focusing on tailored messaging that grabs attention and converts.

•Sales Presentations: Create and deliver customized sales decks that showcase our success stories and marketing solutions.

•Appointment Setting: Book at least 10 qualified sales meetings per month with businesses ready for digital marketing growth.

•Closing Support: Collaborate with the internal team to close new business and ensure a seamless client handoff.

•Daily Sales Meetings: Attend daily internal sales meetings to review objections, refine strategies, and improve performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

•Sales Closer: You have 2+ years of experience in selling digital marketing services (Paid Media & SEO) with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

•Paid Media & SEO Knowledge: You understand Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO — you know how these platforms drive business growth and can speak confidently about them on sales calls.

•Presentation Master: You can create compelling sales presentations that clearly communicate value and close deals.

•Fluent Communicator: You speak fluent English and can handle client-facing sales calls and presentations with confidence.

•Results-Driven: You are numbers-focused, goal-oriented, and relentless in hitting sales quotas — no excuses, only action.

•Work Schedule: You’re committed to working Monday to Friday, 4 PM – 1 AM Cairo time.
